Lista completa de los ganadores de los Premios Daytime Emmy 2018

En la noche del domingo 29 de abril, se celebró la 45º edición de los Premios Daytime Emmy en la ciudad de Pasadena. La noche acabó con 'Days of Our Lives' como una de las grandes vencedoras después de obtener cinco grandes premios, entre los que se encontraban el de Mejor Drama y el de Mejor Actor Principal y Mejor Actor Secundario para James Reynolds y Greg Vaughan.

'General Hospital', de ABC, y 'The Young and the Restless', de CBS, lograron dos victorias cada una, mientras que 'The Bold and The Beautiful' se quedó con el premio al Mejor Actor Revelación de Serie Drama, que fue para Rome Flynn. Además, el programa matutino estadounidense 'Good Morning America' obtuvo su primer Daytime Emmy tras varios años compitiendo en dicha categoría.
