Repartida noche la vivida en la ceremonia de los Critics' Choice Awards 2016 con unos galardones que reconocieron tanto a series y actores veteranos como a muchas de las nuevas propuestas de la temporada. Así, brillaron 'Fargo' y 'Mr. Robot' con cuatro y tres premios respectivamente.
Destacaron también los reconocimientos a series revelación de la temporada como 'UnReal' (con premio a mejor actriz secundaria para Constance Zimmer) o 'Master of None' (premio a mejor comedia), así como el galardón a Rachel Bloom por 'Crazy Ex-Girlfriend', repitiendo tras los Globos de Oro.
